Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fashion Couture, we take great care in ensuring every order meets our quality standards. This policy applies to all orders shipped within India. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at fcouture17@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.

  • If a cancellation is approved, applicable payment gateway or processing charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, shipped, or purchased during a sale or promotional offer.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size, color, or product selected by the customer.

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.

However, if we have shipped:

  • An incorrect product, or

  • The wrong size due to our error,

we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional shipping cost.

If a replacement in the required size or color is not available, you may choose either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit equal to the value of the product for future purchases.

Fashion Couture will bear the shipping charges for all approved replacement or refund cases arising due to our error.

Refunds Are Not Applicable For

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or product selected by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, or design due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of the garment.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, public holidays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • You receive the wrong size due to our error.

To request an exchange, please email fcouture17@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please do not return any product without receiving written confirmation and return instructions from our customer support team.

Store Credit

Where applicable:

  • Store credit will be issued in INR.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases with Fashion Couture.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
